Welcome to The Functional Fertility Clinic. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of functionalfertilityclinics.com, related pages and forms, and any program you purchase from us. The Functional Fertility Clinic is operated by Fertility Functionally ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Not medical advice
The content on this website, in our webinars, and in our emails and social media is for educational purposes only. It has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease, and it is not a substitute for advice from your own physician or other qualified health care provider.
Always talk with your physician before making changes to your diet, supplements, medications, or fertility treatment. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this site. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your doctor right away.
Our practitioners provide functional health and nutrition support. They do not provide medical care, and joining a program does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
2. No guarantee of results
Every body and every fertility journey is different. Client stories and testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will get pregnant, carry to term, or reach any specific outcome. Your results depend on many factors, including your health history, age, follow-through, and care from other providers.
3. Our programs
The BabyReady™ Method is a six-month program. Your program includes the services described on the program page at the time you purchase. We may adjust schedules, tools, or support formats as needed to serve clients well.
Labs and supplements are billed separately from the program fee. Lab testing is ordered through third-party lab partners, and blood draws are completed at third-party labs such as Quest or Labcorp. Those companies set their own prices, policies, and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their services.
You agree to give us accurate and complete health information and to tell us about changes in your health, medications, or treatment while you are in a program.
4. Payments and payment plans
Prices are listed on our checkout pages. You can pay in full or choose a monthly payment plan where offered. By choosing a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each scheduled date until the full program price is paid.
A payment plan is a way to pay for the full program over time, not a monthly subscription. You are responsible for every scheduled payment, even if you stop participating, pause, or decide the program is no longer right for you. If a payment fails, we will contact you, and we may pause your access to program services until your account is current.
If you pay through a buy now, pay later provider such as Klarna or Affirm, that provider pays us in full and your repayment terms are between you and that provider.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Because we invest significant time preparing each client's plan from the start, all program purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for services, and programs cannot be cancelled once purchased. Payment plan installments remain due as described in Section 4. Labs and supplements purchased from third parties are subject to those companies' policies.
6. Text messages and email
When you submit a form on our site, such as an application or webinar registration, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your inquiry, appointments, and our programs. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts or click unsubscribe in any email at any time. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
7. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including the health details you share in our application.
We use cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to understand how visitors use it. Our advertising partners may also use cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Our content
All content on this site and in our programs, including text, videos, graphics, worksheets, and protocols, is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, share, republish, or distribute it without our written permission.
9. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to other websites and services, such as lab partners, payment processors, and scheduling tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our programs. Our total liability for any claim related to a program will not exceed the amount you paid us for that program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This site and its content are provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or always available.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
